Posting consistently across more than one platform is mostly a scheduling problem, and a scheduling problem is exactly what a calendar is for — the trouble is that a normal monthly calendar only has room for a bare date, not "what's going out and where" on the days you are posting to three different places at once. This tool keeps the familiar month-grid shape but gives every day room for several planned posts, each tagged with a short coloured code for its platform.
List your posts one per line as Day | Platform | Content note — for example 15 | Instagram | Behind-the-scenes reel. Add as many lines as you like for the same day number to plan multiple posts on one date; each prints as its own small tagged line inside that day's cell, in the platform's colour, so a busy day reads clearly rather than turning into a wall of text.
Recognised platforms — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and Blog — each get a fixed colour and a short code shown next to the content note. Anything else you type is accepted too and shown in a neutral grey, so a platform this list does not know about still prints rather than being rejected.
Each day cell only has so much room, so if you plan more posts on one date than comfortably fit, the extra ones collapse into a plain "+N more" note rather than spilling out of the cell or silently vanishing — you still know they exist, and can adjust how many posts show per day if a particularly busy week needs more room.
Everything is generated in your browser and your plan is saved locally between visits. Nothing you type about your content strategy is uploaded anywhere.

Can I plan more than one post per day?
Yes — add a separate line for each post using the same day number. All of them print inside that day's cell, each with its own platform tag.
What happens if a day has more posts than fit?
The cell shows as many as comfortably fit, followed by a "+N more" note for the rest, rather than overflowing the cell or hiding them without any indication. Raise "max posts shown per day" if you regularly plan busier days.
What platforms are recognised for colour-coding?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and Blog each have a fixed colour and short code. Anything else you type still prints, shown in a neutral grey with its name as the code.
How is this different from the plain Monthly Calendar?
The Monthly Calendar is a bare date grid for general use. This tool is built specifically to hold several tagged, colour-coded posts per day, which a general-purpose calendar has no room for.
My platform colours are not printing
Look for a "Background graphics" or "Print backgrounds" option in your print dialog and switch it on — some browsers strip colours from printed pages by default.
