Unbeatable mode uses minimax, the standard algorithm for perfect tic-tac-toe play — it never loses. The best a perfect opponent can do against it is force a draw, which is the actual mathematical ceiling of the game itself once both sides know what they're doing; verified directly before this game was built by running many perfect-versus-perfect games and confirming every one ended in a draw.
Scores carry across games in the same session, so you can track a running series between two players or against the computer. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; this is a genuinely free, ad-free implementation of a game that belongs to everyone.

Easy picks a random legal move each turn, so it can and will make mistakes you can capitalise on. Unbeatable calculates the best possible move every time using minimax.
Do scores reset when I switch opponents?
