Meeting Minutes Generator
Turn your notes into a clean, distributable record of the meeting — or print a blank form to fill in as it happens.

Minutes are worth writing for one reason: so that six weeks later, somebody can find out what was decided and who agreed to do what. Everything else is packaging. This tool produces a clean, conventional record with the elements that actually matter — who was there, what was discussed, what was decided, and a table of actions with named owners and due dates.
There are two modes. Typed minutes take the notes you have already written and lay them out as a document ready to circulate. Blank form mode prints the same structure with your agenda already in place and ruled writing space under each item, for people who take minutes on paper during the meeting and type them up afterwards — or never type them up at all, which is a perfectly reasonable way to run a small meeting.
Action items are entered as Action | Owner | Due date and print as a proper table. That format is deliberate: an action without a named owner and a date is a wish, and the single most common failure of minutes is a discussion section full of good intentions that nobody was ever assigned. Blank spare rows can be added for actions that come up while the minutes are being reviewed.
Unlike the other printables here, this document is not confined to a single page — minutes of any substance run to two or three, and that is normal. The layout flows naturally across pages, with rules that stop headings being stranded at the bottom of a page and action rows being split across a page break. The page margin you set is applied to every page.
Everything is generated in your browser and saved locally, which for a document that may contain names, decisions and internal detail is worth stating plainly: nothing you type here is uploaded anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the two modes?
Typed mode lays out notes you have already written, ready to distribute. Blank mode prints the same structure with ruled writing space under each agenda item, so you can complete it by hand during the meeting.
How do I enter action items?
One per line as Action | Owner | Due date — for example Draft the budget | Priya | 14 Aug. Leave off the owner or date and those cells simply print empty.
Can the minutes run to more than one page?
Yes, and they will as soon as there is enough content. The document flows across as many pages as it needs, keeping headings with their sections and action rows intact rather than splitting them across a page break.
Why is the minimum page margin 10mm?
Browsers and printers enforce their own minimum unprintable area at the edge of the paper regardless of what a page requests. Ten millimetres keeps the document clear of it so nothing gets clipped.
Are these minutes legally sufficient?
This produces a conventional, readable record, not a legally-reviewed document. Formal bodies — company boards, registered charities, public authorities, strata and body corporate meetings — often have specific statutory requirements about what minutes must contain, who approves them and how long they are kept. Check your own governing rules if the meeting is one of those.
